SUMMARY
The candidate to become our Customer Support Manager will take a proactive leadership role to Direct Strategy and Tactics for Total Customer Satisfaction Q2D.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned:

• As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for achieving results through proper planning, focus, and execution
• Develop strategic roadmap for next 3 years including requirements to continue providing “the most satisfying 24/7/365 total customer experience from quote to delivery”
• Contribute to new ideas and become fully engaged with Sunstone’s corporate mission; Total Customer Satisfaction from Quote to Delivery
• Champion the importance of Customer Satisfaction internally and externally via customer visits, company meetings, various PR opportunities and trade shows.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS

• Customer support  and marketing experience, preferably internet based
• Great leadership and team building skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with interfacing with databases and various computer applications and is willing to learn and train others as required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelors degree (BA) from four-year university. Knowledge in various types of computer programs including CAM software, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to understand network paths, and minor troubleshooting of computer related problems.  Familiar with E-commerce and internet marketing tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
Needs to be market and marketing driven through effective strategic leadership from the concept to the delivery of key projects and have excellent follow up skills
Master the process of outreach to the Customer to understand their needs and develop innovative ways to service those needs to generate profits for the Company
A proactive communicator who can clearly and crisply articulate complex ideas and concepts into succinct terminology both written and verbal on a 24/7/365 basis across the entire organization and to the Customer

Reports to:  MLB Team Leader
Monday – Friday,  40 hours weekly
Shift: Train Days – to be determined

Job Function: Prep and plate through holes in copper clad fiberglass material used for circuit boards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Fills and maintains dip tanks to required standards
  • Rack boards to be plated
  • Deburrs material with automatic scrubber
  • Other duties may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing for extended period of time
  • Proficiency in arithmetic
  • Basic analytical techniques
  • Familiar with chemistries used in their production

Job Title:  Electrical Test Technician / AOI Operator
Reports to:  QA Manager
Full Time – 40 hours,  off shift hours.  Specific hours TBD

Job Function: Will be responsible for daily support requirements for production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:   

  • Performs electrical testing on production parts, building fixtures for Trace test machine, creating and building netlists from CAM data. 
  • Runs AOI as needed. 
  • Compiles, inputs, and files quality data records. 
  • Other duties may be assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • CAM experience and strong attention to detail required.  Strong troubleshooting and repair skills desired. 
  • Strong mathematical / computer skills desired. 
  • Requires good eyesight (for close vision and fine details) and be able to distinguish colors. 
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED Minimum; or one month to three months related experience and/or training.
