Keeping PCB Lead Times Short
Sunstone continually works to build your prototype board orders with shorter lead times. And now, with our new quoting system, you can manage build and delivery times so the board order arrives at your office when you need it. No more calculating leadtimes and adding ship times. We'll do let you pick when you want it, then tailor the build service to your time constraints.
Online orders will either have a 12:00 p.m. PST (Quickturn, ValueProto or PCB123) or 2:00 p.m. PST (Full Feature) cutoff time. Business days are counted as build-time days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as build days.
Quickturn Lead Time Example
An order with a two-day build-time submitted on Monday before 12 PM PST:
- Day 1 Monday 12 PM through Tuesday 12 PM.
- Day 2 Tuesday 12 PM through Wednesday 12 PM.
Your order will ship Wednesday afternoon.
Full Feature Lead Time Example
An order with a one week build-time (5 business days) submitted on Monday before 12 PM
- Day 1 Monday 12 PM through Tuesday 12 PM.
- Day 2 Tuesday 12 PM through Wednesday 12 PM
- Day 3 Wednesday 12 PM through Thursday 12 PM
- Day 4 Thursday 12 PM through Friday 12 PM
- Day 5 Friday 12 PM through Monday 12 PM.

Order times listed above are based on 12PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
