With 16 years at Sunstone Circuits, Terry Heilman has led the company through its expansive growth from a traditional printed circuit board manufacturer to a PCB solutions provider with online ordering. Heilman oversees all corporate operations, strategic marketing and financial planning for the company. Sunstone’s significant growth reflects Heilman’s guidance and contribution to providing the most extreme customer experience in the industry, bar none.
Prior to joining Sunstone, Heilman served in executive positions at a number of companies in the high tech and manufacturing industries, from start-ups to businesses with more than $600 million in annual revenue. Heilman’s experience also includes sales and marketing in more than 100 countries.
Heilman has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Portland State University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Master’s of Business Administration program.

Rockford (Rocky) Catt’s career has been completely centered on the electronics and PCB industries. With 30+ year’s experience Rocky has served as a Line Supervisor, General Manager and is the Vice President and COO of Sunstone Circuits, where he oversees the company’s operations.
Catt was instrumental in the organization’s transformation from a traditional small/mid-volume fabricator to a high-mix Ecommerce driven organization. Through groundwork and success of the PCBexpress and PCBpro products, he has played an integral role of Sunstone’s emergence as a premier metrics driven brand.
Catt attended Portland State University and Marylhurst University where he studied Business Management and Technology.

With over 19 years at Sunstone Circuits, Nancy Viter has served as a highly dedicated member of the Sunstone team. She has held multiple management positions within the company, specializing in the quality and service of Sunstone’s PCB prototype production.
After many years in various management positions, her knowledge and skills in the electronics and PCB industries became largely diversified, giving her an unbreakable foundation in the manufacturing arena. Since 2008, Viter has held the position of Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for managing quality products and on-time deliveries, keeping Sunstone true to their mission of providing the highest level of ‘extreme’ customer service.
Her years of experience have led her to play an integral role in the implementation of Sunstone’s flagship product, PCBexpress, the design software PCB123, as well as the ‘extreme’ customer service initiative of 24/7/365 live support, setting a new standard in the PCB prototype industry.

As CAD/EDA Manager, Johnson brings to Sunstone a career that has been focused entirely on electronics manufacturing. Trained as a software engineer, Johnson wrote applications software for Mentor Graphics before transitioning into technical marketing roles. He managed Mentor’s OEM verification development projects, including Dracula™ and CheckMate™. Johnson then concentrated on operating technical training centers for semiconductor manufacturing and telecom analysis equipment at both Electro Scientific Industries and Tektronix.
With over four years at Sunstone Circuits, Nolan Johnson has assisted in the many successful initiatives of their core product line, including an integral role in the development of their PCB123 design software. His enhancement of the software’s schematic functionality and Live BOM (Bill of Materials), has helped make PCB123 the most advanced industrial-grade CAD tool in the marketplace.
Johnson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University.

As Marketing Media Manager, Molly O'Hara comes to Sunstone Circuits with 15 years of experience in the electronics industry, specifically related to PCB Fabrication. Her strong background in this space has led to her holding a management role at Sunstone Circuits, the established leader in providing innovative and reliable PCB solutions for the electronic design industry.
O’Hara has a proven track record in successfully creating and implementing advertising, PR, email, events, online, social media, and rich media marketing programs and promotional campaigns. In her role at Sunstone Circuits, O'Hara focuses on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with press and advertising contacts, in an effort to develop content and editorial opportunities for Sunstone Circuits. Her goal is to keep Sunstone Circuits “Top of Mind” in the marketplace.
O'Hara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, from Gonzaga University.

With over 8 years at Sunstone Circuits, Al Secchi has championed the company’s ‘extreme’ customer service initiative of 24/7/365 live support, that sets the standard in the PCB prototype industry. Bringing a 25 year history and firm background in developing customer centric support systems, Secchi has made Sunstone’s customer service model a value-added differentiator that builds trust and wins loyalty.
His commitment towards customer satisfaction has been a key contributor to Sunstone’s continued growth and has resulted in an average customer satisfaction rate of over 99%.
Secchi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and has extensive post graduate experience in both Business Administration and Laser-Electro Optics from the University of La Verne where he studied under Wai Min Lui, who is a pioneer and global figure in the field of Laser-Electro Optics.

With over 15 years of experience in the Printed Circuit Board industry, Stevenson has demonstrated a thorough understanding of what it takes to create a quality end-product. Serving in roles as a Chemical Lab Technician, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Quality Manager; his background places him as the most appropriate figure to manage Sunstone’s quality metrics and on-time deliveries.
With five years as Quality Assurance Manager at Sunstone Circuits, he has proven himself to be an invaluable resource, excelling in not only managing the quality of the Sunstone product line, but as a leader, a mentor and a true team player.
Stevenson has earned two Bachelors’ of Science degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Portland State University.

Paul Waterman joined Sunstone Circuits in 2006 as an IT Manager. He eventually assumed additional responsibilities in the Software Engineering Department where he excelled above and beyond expectation, displaying true talent behind his management and leadership skill set.
It is because of these accomplishments that Paul has been placed as the Information Technology/Software Engineering Manger, in which his primary duties leave him responsible for the development of Sunstone’s custom ERP system, Ecommerce web site and PCB123 design software.
Over his 10 year career, Paul’s experience from front-line technical support, to systems administration, provides a depth of appreciation for both the needs of the customer and the technological infrastructure required to sustain those needs.

As Financial Controller, Les Stephens comes to Sunstone Circuits with 15 years of executive level management experience. He is a process oriented professional, who has managed accounting, finance and planning functions for businesses within the high-tech, transportation and publishing industries.
As a results-based individual, Stephens focuses on team-building strategies that motivate employees to exceed goals and overcome obstacles. His ability to provide these valuable contributions to Sunstone is one of the many reasons he was selected to be Financial Controller.
Stephen’s has taught both Finance and Accounting at a university level and holds a Bachelor’s Degrees from Portland State University, in Business Administration and Economics. He has also earned a Master’s Degree in Finance, from the University of Portland.

Sheri Kuretich is the Human Resource Manager of Sunstone Circuits and has over 12 years of experience in HR. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA).
She believes that employees are the most important asset that a company has and that Sunstone’s strong foundation of employees has made them the successful business that they are today. In an effort to maintain Sunstone’s solid foundation, she strives to always improve and develop their staff of over 150 employees. She has implemented continued education and training programs with incentives that reward employees both inside and outside of the workplace, creating an environment of success and accomplishment for all employees at Sunstone.
Kuretich holds an Associate’s of General Studies Degree from Clackamas Community College and a Certificate of Human Resources Management from Portland State University.
